I always envisioned having a safe space here on Tumblr, but it seems as though that time is approaching an end. I started this blog six years ago as a way to procrastinate writing a paper on Ovid and never imagined learning so much about myself and others. I’ve grown as a person and I’ve had a unique opportunity to see some of you transform too-what a gift! I have a deep respect for so many of you that I’ve crossed paths with and I hope you all continue to grow and thrive.
For now, I’ll say goodbye rather than adieu. I won’t delete this account just yet, but I won’t be transferring elsewhere. I recently had a baby girl and I plan on soaking up every moment I have with her.
Thank you to the countless numbers of you that stuck with me over the years-I wish nothing but the best for you. “How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.”
